Club 5 to 7 is a community-led networking group for women in marketing, advertising, and connected creative industries. We host informal events, send updates via email, and manage a networking WhatsApp group for our members.

When you sign up to our mailing list, register interest in an event, or communicate with us, we may collect the following information:

- Email address
- Job title and company
- LinkedIn profile
- City or region
- Phone number (for WhatsApp group inclusion)
- Your attendance history at events
3. How We Use Your Data
We only use your data for purposes directly related to Club 5 to 7, including:
- Sending event invitations and updates
- Adding you to our mailing list
- Inviting you to join our WhatsApp networking group (optional)
- Managing event attendance lists
- Improving the content and relevance of our communications

Our lawful basis for processing your data is consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from emails or contacting us directly (see Section 9).
5. How We Store Your Data
Your personal data is stored securely using tools such as Google Drive, Typeform, and Zoho — all of which are GDPR-compliant platforms. Access is limited to authorised members of the Club 5 to 7 organising team.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your data only as long as you remain an active participant in the community or until you ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.
7. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell or share your data with any third parties. We may occasionally use third-party tools to manage communication (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho), but your data will never be used for purposes outside of Club 5 to 7 without your permission.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the ICO if you feel your data has been misused
